The south wall of the Chapter House. A Passage or slype ran along it from the cloister up to the stubb of wall to be seen jutting out. Within this passage the flints are laid in neat courses as they made up the original wall surface. To the east of this wall the negative impressions can be seen where limestone blocks which faced the wall have been removed use in buildings elsewhere. | |
