17th or early 18th century. The roof has a curious 3-ridge construction.

The exterior of this building is dated 1892. It is included as a listed building because of what was once a galleried chapel
set back in the interior of the building, now incorporated within the bookshop.

1860s building. The gables set the trend for future developments in Broad St.
